In 1995 new chef Eugene Hamilton won a coveted opportunity to learn alongside traditional, high-end chefs in Hiroshima. This five year experience significantly influenced his career as he became fluent in both the culinary artistry and language of Japan. Now, experienced restauranteurs Eugene and Hannah bring the best the world of food has to offer to their local community, blending fun and casual dining with rich, traditional flavours.
